Regional Communities

What are they?

Regional Communities are geographically based groups of people who focus on community life and mission.

The goal of these groups is to foster relationships with each other, nonbelievers, and to serve the city. By creating community gatherings, both small and large, structured and organic, we can welcome and invite those who don’t know Christ yet into our midst.

What do they do?

Regional Communities gather throughout the month in some formal, large group gatherings, and in less structured smaller organic gatherings.

Here are a few examples:

  • Group-Wide Gatherings: Community Cookout, Potluck, 4th of July party, Neighborhood Halloween gathering, Group hike

  • Organic Gatherings: Fire pit night, Playdates at local parks, Dinner in homes, Game nights

  • Mercy/Mission Opportunities: Outdoor movie night with friends, Community service projects, Neighborhood VBS, Local Tutoring program

How do I get connected?

If you’re interested in joining a Regional Community in your area, simply click the button, find the group nearest to you, and a Regional Community Leader will reach out to you.

Our communities use an iphone/android app called GroupMe for communication.
